There is hardly any region without a People’s Defense Force (PDF) in every state across the country. The revolution is stronger because they can fight together with the EAOs. Therefore, Sagaing, which has become stronger in the revolution, Including the three regions of Chin and Karenni. It is reported that military leader Min Aung Hlaing has ordered to speed up the offensive throughout the country.
The news of the recent success of the battle shows that Kachin Independence Army (KIA) and KPDF joint forces attacked and captured 2 military council camps and 1 SNA (Military sub-unit) camp under the military in Hpakan, Ka thine taung Mountain camp, Kachin State early in the morning of August 7th. It is reported that the operation was directly led by KIA. The revolutionary forces got a lot of weapons and ammunition from the camp. The military council soldiers fled barefoot.
In Karen State, on July 21, KNLA/PDF joint forces captured military council frontline camps on the entire ridge, including Lak khat taung camp, which is about 7 miles away from Myawaddy town. At present, the military council is trying its best to recapture Lak khat taung Mountain camp. A battle is going on between the revolutionary forces and the Military Council.
In Shan State, the army and SSPP(one of the EAOs in Myanmar) are fighting fiercely in Lai-Hka Township , on August 8th , 10th military council soldiers died and 2 soldiers were caught alive. Similarly, in Karenni land, the military council’s 99th division under the military council’s army unit was attacked by Karenni joint forces and many casualties were reported.

According to the data, 30 military council camps were captured within 6 months from the beginning of 2023. The NUG (National Unity Government) defense minister said that the army’s offensive will be accelerated with these victories continuing, “It’s just arrogant pride.”
At the beginning of the 2021 revolution, the army and its supporters told the military council that the people’s revolutionaries could not fight. They predicted that it would disappear in a moment under the military’s crackdown. Now there are statements that there is no way to beat NUG, PDF and EAOs. It is a revolutionary success.
As for the state of the revolution, it’s a situation where even the battalions are in a state where they only have three fingers raised.
