The stupidity of soldiers and the future of their families

As the revolution grows longer, the revolutionaries become stronger regarding fighting capabilities and arms. The revolutionaries are chipping away at the army’s strength.

The military has been losing significant influence in Kayin, Kayah, Sagaing, Chin, Magway, Kachin, etc. In other regions, they have been losing forces left and right to guerrilla warfare and land mine ambushes.

According to statistics, over 2000 soldiers have died in Kayin. This is only just for Kayin state.
They are losing in other states too. There are only outgoing and no incoming recruits for the military. The military has been trying to hold power with the last soldiers they have and trying to poorly propagandize that the fallen soldiers sacrificed for their country. In reality, they are forcing others to die for their greed.

Right now, the family of those who has fallen were having problems without their patriarch.
They can’t go back to their home town just because they are soldiers’ wives. So, some widows need to do random jobs to make ends meet. And the military doesn’t treat them well either. So they have to rent a small apartment waiting for their husbands’ belongings. While some soldiers try to sleep with them. Sometimes, they are exploited by their own kind. In political turmoil, their children lose their future and stopped education.

They lose their dignity and have to struggle for their livelihood. These troubles are caused by power-hungry dictator Min Aung Hlaing. He had everything he need to have a good life but he can’t restrain his desire of becoming the president. At the same time, military families have the chance to get out of these problems but they chose the wrong path. They need to understand that the Civil Disobedience Movement can help their families from falling apart. It might be difficult in the beginning but eventually, they can have the dignity of being people’s soldiers. It is sad to see some wives’ following their husband’s foolish choices and becoming widowed.

Currently, the terrorist leader Ming Aung Hlaing is using his soldiers on the frontline like trying to squeeze water from a stone. This shows that he doesn’t care about his fellow soldiers and just wants his power.

Now, there is a lot of undeniable evidence about the military committing atrocities and war crimes, killing civilians and raping women. So, those women in the military should be smart, educated women and do the right thing instead of following their stupid husbands. They should know that how ever powerful their husbands might be, their husbands are like little rabbits in front of them.
That’s why their wisdom would not only save their husbands’ lives but also the future of their families.

Regret is only after it is too late but you can still avoid it by doing CDM and join the good side.
