The vote fraud that the military usually says

During my time of service, I have encountered various military propaganda.
In meetings, they told us that the coup was due to ballot fraud. In reality, CDM from Education who counted the ballots told me that there was no sign of fraud.

I have seen problems with voting during the election. We couldn’t vote freely and those who voted their favourites were called back and forced to vote USDP. We were angry.

It was a violation of our human right, the freedom to vote. People across the country who protested and joined Civil Disobedience Movement were cracked down violently with guns but they never admit they broke the law.

Moreover, they changed the birthdates and identity card information officially released by immigration to purposefully reduce the number of people who can vote. This could only impact the few who are under their administration. But I couldn’t step in as an officer.

I didn’t want to serve just for the generals’ profit. They kept saying everything is NLD’s propaganda but the educated society sees right through their lies and keeps on fighting against them.

It is now clear as day that the military is the one breaking the laws. There is no legal basis for their actions toward the consequences of the coup. That’s why I join CDM. I see them as an institution based on jungle law.

The developments of our country were destroyed in an instant. Although the general and their families are rich, those under them are suffering day by day.

They forced their followers to do their work constantly and cut them off from their civilian environment. The support given to their followers is as little as pet food. I encourage everyone to stop working in such an oppressive system.

I also wish those in the military to cut loose from their chains and join the people fighting against the dictatorship and bring back a lawful, peaceful society.
